I am deeply disappointed with my purchase from axkid.com. We bought an AXKID SPINKID on November 26, only to find that it was incompatible with our car, despite being listed as such. We trusted their promise of assistance with installation or a money-back guarantee, but it was all a lie. The process for returns was equally deceitful. I reached out for help with installation or a return on December 5, using their help form. No one ever responded. I followed up on December 11 through their customer service email, and they finally replied on the 12th, asking about our installation issues. Since then, they have ignored all further attempts at communication, leading to my writing this review on December 18. The recline on the seat, even at its most upright position, is too steep for a newborn (despite our car being listed as compatible). Additionally, the seat's installation makes it impossible to use the front passenger seat without crushing your knees against the dashboard, even for someone my height (5'3"). We own an SUV, which is not the smallest vehicle, so it's likely that the seat is compatible with less than 10% of the cars listed. Spending 400-500€ anywhere else would be a better investment. I would not recommend this store or the seat to anyone, not even my worst enemy. One would assume that with an SUV, not the smallest car on the market, the seat should be compatible with a significant number of vehicles listed, but that clearly is not the case, rendering the list ineffective. I firmly believe that spending 400/500€ elsewhere would prove to be a wiser investment. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend either the store or the seat to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
