I purchased a baby jogger city select

When I decided to purchase the Baby Jogger City Select Lux double pram a year ago I was beyond excited. However my enthusiasm soon turned to disappointment when just recently the brake inexplicably broke rendering the pram completely unusable and unsafe. Frustrated and in dire need of a solution I searched for a contact number to reach out to the company for assistance only to find out that the listed phone number was based in the United States. To add insult to injury my attempts to find a replacement or support for the discontinued pram seemed futile. Having invested nearly 800 in this pram the thought of being left with two little kids and no viable means of transporting them was extremely distressing. Its a situation no parent should have to endure especially given the trust and expectations placed on a reputable company like Baby Jogger. The lack of available customer service and the unexpected breakdown of the pram not only left me inconvenienced but also concerned for the safety of my children. Having relied on the pram for daytoday activities its sudden malfunction created a significant disruption in our routine. In hindsight the experience has been a harsh lesson in the importance of thorough research and consideration before making such a substantial purchase. Additionally it shed light on the significance of dependable customer service and quality assurances especially for products designed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children. I would urge parents to carefully weigh their options and potentially seek alternative brands that prioritize customer satisfaction and product reliability. As for Baby Jogger the letdown I experienced with their City Select Lux double pram has unquestionably left me disillusioned with their brand and its commitment to customer care.
