IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM

My review for babyletto.com IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, FOR ANY REASON- TAKING A SPOON TO YOUR EYEBALL IS EASIER. I needed to return the Babyletto changing tray. It was 1 inch too long. I called there customer service number- they do not answer and just have a recording. They also require written approval for your return, and limit the time you have to send it back. I then emailed customer service the end of March, waited 5 days and emailed a second time since it needs to be returned to them by a set date. I then still didn't hear back from them until April 9th. They then proceed to tell me that they cannot find my order and that I ordered it through Target and to figure out the issue with Target. I DID NOT ORDER IT THROUGH TARGET. I then sent them an attachment of their website confirmation. They email back and say they cant open it. I email them again and add the details into the email exchange. At this point, its now April 15th, I have emailed them 8 times, and am now being told that they will take the return, but only after they deduct $37.03 from the purchase AND CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!! SO, I spent $115 and they are saying they will take the return but then deduct $65.78 from the $115. They will then resell this to another sucker (like me). Awful, awful, awful company and customer service!!!!
