Review Description: I ordered shoes on a black Friday special. They sent the entirely wrong item and will not refund my card until I send them back. I have to use my printer ink, my paper, my gas, and my time to go wait in line at UPS during Christmas to ship these back JUST to get my refund. Then, I have to wait until 5 business days after they receive them for that refund to be issued. To top it off, they no longer have the shoes for replacement so I don't even get my shoes. This was my first and my last order from this company.

Review Description: They sent the completely wrong product (wrong size, wrong color, wrong model) and then they charge almost seven dollars to return the product for their mistake. I get charging people who return because they changed their mind, but THEY made the mistake of sending the wrong product. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend. They probably are deleting or filtering out bad reviews on their website because there are only positive reviews there. My critical view has not been posted there.

I ordered an item from here never received it and the delivery service Lazership says could not be delivered and when I called to complain backcountry claimed they didn’t know what happened. How about you get a better delivery service for your customers but it seems like you don’t care about them because you still use this awful company. So guess what? Review Description: I had a very positive shopping experience using Ozbackcountry.com.au to recently purchase my Orca Thermal wetsuit. John Mac was extremely helpful in letting me know full shipping details as soon as the wetsuit left their warehouse. As for the Orca Thermal, it is the finest wetsuit I have so far ever used.
