Tee Shirt Not Constructed Properly
I recently purchased the "Two Souls Tee" from backinthesaddle.com for my horse-crazy granddaughter, and I was genuinely disappointed with the quality of the product. Despite its charming design, the construction of the tee shirt left much to be desired. The crew neck seam was noticeably misaligned, resulting in an unattractive asymmetrical appearance. Furthermore, the bottom hem was uneven, adding to the overall lack of quality control. I had intended to gift this tee to my granddaughter for Christmas, but the subpar craftsmanship made it impossible to do so. As I began the return process, I was disheartened to discover that the return shipping cost would amount to $10.95 for a tee shirt that originally cost $16.99. This additional expense rendered the return impractical and not worth pursuing. I had high hopes for this purchase, but the defects and the unreasonably high return shipping cost have left me deeply dissatisfied with my experience. I had looked forward to delighting my granddaughter with this special gift, but unfortunately, this was not meant to be. I hope that future customers do not encounter similar issues and that the quality control and return policies are reconsidered to prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment. D

An Unforgettable Gesture for My Little Equestrian
My heartfelt experience with backinthesaddle.com revolves around a gift meant for my horse-loving granddaughter. The "Two Souls Tee" seemed like the perfect Christmas present until I noticed its construction flaws. The crew neck's off-center seam and the uneven bottom hem gave the tee an unintentionally asymmetrical appearance, dampening my excitement. Despite the cute design, the lack of quality control left me disappointed. As I contemplated returning the shirt, I was taken aback by the $10.95 return fee for a $16.99 item. The cost overshadowed the shirt's value, making the return unfavorable. It's the thought that counts, but in this case, the execution fell short. D

Dazzling Designs, Disappointing Delivery
As a loving grandmother, I eagerly awaited the arrival of the "Two Souls Tee" I ordered from backinthesaddle.com for my horse-crazy granddaughter's Christmas present. The design was charming, reflecting her passion perfectly. However, upon inspection, I couldn't help but notice the glaring construction issues. The crew neck, intended to frame her face with elegance, was marred by a seam that seemed to have a mind of its own – neither aligning with the shoulder seams nor sitting centrally on the back. This asymmetry detracted from the overall appeal of the tee. Moreover, the bottom hem failed to maintain consistency, creating an unintentional unevenness that disrupted the shirt's aesthetic balance. Despite its flaws, I was willing to overlook these imperfections and present the tee to my granddaughter with pride if it weren't for the lack of quality control. It saddened me that such a cute garment had slipped through the cracks of inspection. Considering returning the flawed tee, I was taken aback by the steep cost of $10.95 for a shirt priced at $16.99. The expense and hassle of returning it overshadowed any desire to rectify the situation. While the design may have captured my heart, the disappointing execution and return process left me questioning the overall value and customer service of the brand.
