I purchased a sectional with added coverage in 2022, and by September 2023, one of the recliners started to squeak, and the hooks at the bottom were difficult to reattach when cleaning underneath. After reaching out to BAD BOY customer service, they promptly picked up the affected sections for repair. However, during the pickup, the driver accidentally broke the shade for my wall sconce. Despite this, they assured me that it would be replaced upon returning the sectional. When the items were returned, the repaired sectional now squeaked in a different area, and I was still awaiting a reply regarding the reimbursement for the light fixture. The entire process unfolded between September 2 and September 26, with ongoing communication to address these issues. I initially chose BAD BOY because they were the only store with a sectional ready for immediate delivery after my recent move, and I was urgently in need of a sofa.
