All went clean, tour information had good information, properly expertise and courtesy. Coach supplied wasvery snug. Very cautious drivers have been useful, although they did not converse English. Accommodations assigned in Tallinn & Riga are very disappointing. In Tallinn, the lodge quoted is Lodge Radisson Blu Olumpia 4*, and at last assigned to Hestia Lodge Barons, which is an outdated timer lodge, rooms and bogs are small, and no window, Nowhere near a 4 stars lodge. In order in Riga, quoted Lodge Mercure Riga 4* and assigned a horrible Rixwell Outdated Riga Palace. My recommendation to you: Insist Balticyours to stay to the lodges they initially quoted !!
