At 7.30am one morning I received a phone call to say my bed would be arriving in 20 minutes. The bed arrived well packaged. A couple of days later we unpacked the bed. It was damaged underneath, not enough that it affects us using the bed but I would class it as seconds and not quite what they showed online. The sides were different and the legs were different. There were also no instructions on how to put it together. It’s a nice bed, lots of room underneath. Velvet on headboard and footboard feels great but just those few problems.
