Despite reaching out to BatteryJunction via email since the 14th, the promised refund on November 27th never materialized. To make matters worse, when I inquired about a refund on November 29th, I was informed that they couldn't process it until 21 "business" days had passed. This means that on top of the $380, I'll also be accruing interest on an item that I still don't have.
