My evaluation for bauhaus.data This store has not obtained a clue about customer support, I ordered a jacuzzi from the Bulgarian ,Sofia store on-line. The fee was taken right away and I advised them which courier workplace in Targovishte,Bulgaria to ship too. I recieved two texts saying the products can be delivered on the day of the texts. The supply didn't occur and it has taken over forty e mail messages to get any correspondence again from them. The one cause they replied was as a result of I threatened to jot down to German head workplace and voice my complaints to administration. These cowboys had been holding onto practically £900.00 of mine for days. Anyway they despatched a one line e mail again to me saying I'd recieve fee again after fourteen bloody days. The fee went into my account however they didn't ship any message in anyway informing me they'd. The entire service has been diabolical from begin to end. I used to be going to purchase a generator from them if the jacuzzi order arrived as promised , however they will whistle dixxcy. I WOULD NOR RECCOMEND THIS COWBOY SHOP WHAT SO EVER. The rationale I've left the evaluation on a German website is as a result of that's the place the top workplace is…or so I’ve been advised. I've tried to jot down/ electronic mail to the corporate direct however that appears an unattainable activity,no customer support e mails ,criticism procedures/ addresses and so forth. It’s not price ready to the Bulgarian retailer as they don't do ANY CORRESPONDENCE AT ALL. A
