Reluctant to recommend this store as there’s no response from customer support

My review for beaumotica.nl A couple of days ago I ordered a set of lamps to light the front door from the webshop and paid the price due. All went very smooth, as expected. The next day I sent them an email informing them I wanted to adjust the order to include an extra lamp. I wanted to know if it was possible to include it on the invoice and how I should pay for it to have it all shipped as a package. Sadly I got no response, instead a couple of days later I received an email informing me the shipment was sent and I was to expect it soon. The delivery time was indicated between 1-6 days, as they did not have the items in inventory. I wish they would pay closer attention to the communication from the customer, as looking at the other reviews, I seem to not be the only one with this problem. Edit: After the package was delivered, I received an email from Beaumotica informing me they regret not getting back to me sooner. Sadly they could not intervene in the process. This makes me think they’re just another dropship company..
