To my surprise, I was told that I would have to physically come into the store to collect a mere 20 cents that was owed to me. When I requested for the amount to be put back onto my card, I was met with a firm "no." Seeking further assistance, I asked to speak with a general manager, only to be met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. The general manager made it clear that she had no intention of addressing my concerns, referring to my 20-cent refund as something unworthy of her attention. My evaluate for beautybrands.com I've not ordered a product from magnificence manufacturers however have had dealings with them re the corporate they took over from (beautify me). My product $114 didn't arrive and no refund was given and I used to be unable to contact Beautify Me to observe it up. As a substitute, mina from Magnificence Manufacturers courteously replied and apparently contacted Beautify Me on my behalf. I imagine she tried really however I am anxious that she has taken over from one other firm which was not honourable.
