As a customer eagerly awaiting my purchase from BebeAmoreCo, the anticipation slowly turned into disappointment. The package never reached me, leaving me puzzled and disheartened. The long wait for resolution only added to my frustration. The customer service experience fell short of my expectations. Multiple inquiries and concerns seemed to vanish into thin air, with responses lacking substance or resolution. The partial refund, amounting to a fraction of what I had paid, left me questioning the rationale behind it. The lack of transparency regarding this issue only deepened my sense of unease. Discovering that the product was being shipped via a drop-shipping method from China shed light on the extended delivery timelines. This revelation, coupled with the absence of proactive assistance from BebeAmoreCo when the package went missing, intensified my dismay. Furthermore, the initial courteous interactions with the customer service representative soon revealed themselves to be more formulaic than genuinely helpful. As my queries remained unanswered and my concerns unaddressed, the veneer of politeness faded away, leaving me feeling undervalued and ignored. Product not received. Poor service. No full refund. Questions not answered.

My review for bebe.com Months have passed since I made my purchase. It never arrived. The customer service was poor and long-winded (over months). I received a partial refund (just over a 3rd of what I paid) - I don't know why this was the case. I never received any explanation as to why and many of my questions and answers were ignored. I continued to be told my request was sent "higher up", with no response. Plus customers should be aware (I believe) the the product is shipped by a "drop-shipping" method meaning it is coming from China, not America/wherever the company is based-this means it can take much longer for the delivery to arrive AND when there was no delivery, BebeAmoreCo wouldn't help but directed me to the delivery company. I had a very bad experience. I still haven't received a full refund and they still haven't answer my questions. P.s. the first emails from a customer service agent will seem very polite but late you will learn that it's very much copy and paste and questions will be ignored. I told them I would give a negative review, and still nothing, so here I am.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with bebe.com when I ordered a dress for my daughter’s graduation. Despite ordering it well in advance, I found myself in a panic when the dress didn’t arrive after 14 days. My repeated calls to customer service left me feeling helpless as they seemed unaware of the situation and failed to provide any helpful information. To make matters worse, the email response I received after reaching out through their page was incredibly unpleasant, suggesting that I had been a nuisance for inquiring about my order. After finally receiving a tracking number, I discovered that the package had not moved in days and was still at the warehouse. When I called the shipping company, they informed me that although the tracking number had been created, they were supposed to call me to arrange the item pickup. With my daughter's graduation just around the corner, the dress remained stuck at the warehouse, and I had no choice but to scramble to find an alternative at the last minute. Despite my request to cancel the order, bebe.com insisted that it had already shipped and therefore couldn’t be canceled, leaving me with no option but to file a dispute with my credit card company. The entire experience left me feeling utterly disappointed and let down by the lack of professionalism and care from both the company and its customer service. I cannot stress enough how much of a nightmare this has been, and I would strongly caution others from making any purchases from bebe.com. Their disregard for my situation and complete lack of accountability have been incredibly disheartening.

He said he was emailing the warehouse for the status and they will replied to me and they never did. When I email customer service thru their page , the email sent to me was nasty like if the same person who I spoke to responded , telling me that I reached out various of time and the situation. That they will reach out to me. Next minutes, I recieved an email of a tracking number. This tracking number shows the location of the warehouse and it never moved for the last 4 days. I called usps, and they said , the tracking number was created but they supposedly to call in when to pick up the item. I called Bebe to canceled the order because one of the item was final sale with no refund, and they said they couldn’t cancelled because it was already shipped. My daughters graduation is tomorrow , the dress tracking number shows at the same location, and now I have to go shopping for another dress. These people don’t care about any situation, I had to call my creditors to file a dispute and they are taking care of it. What a disappointment with this company and customer service are very unprofessional.

BeBe does not refund your money even when you send in the item

After purchasing $221 worth of items for Christmas gifts, I encountered difficulties when trying to return them due to sizing issues. Despite my best efforts to return the items, including sending them to Bebe's corporate office with signature confirmation, I did not receive a refund. Feeling helpless, I turned to the Attorney General of California for assistance, but even that did not prompt a response from Bebe. After months of back-and-forth with my credit card company and Bebe, I finally received a permanent credit from my credit card company on April 11th. This entire ordeal left me deeply disappointed and disheartened by Bebe's lack of customer care and understanding. I would advise others to be cautious when considering making a purchase from Bebe, as my experience has shown that they are not consumer-friendly.

BeBe does not refund your money even when you send in the item

My review for bebe.com I decided to Xmas shop on Bebe's website. I purchased a total of $221 in items on November 18th. They were delivered on November 23/24 time frame. Since they were Xmas gifts, the individual did not have the opportunity to receive them until Xmas. Given all the airline delays@ that time, they received them two days after Xmas. The items did not fit. I attempted to return them via their website. It would not allow me to. I looked up BeBe's corporate office address & sent the items there only for them not to be accepted. I found another address & sent the items there with a signature required upon delivery on both attempts. The items were accepted. I received confirmation of delivery from the USPS. Time went on, and I never received a refund. A filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California - where BeBe corporate office is located. The Atty. General acknowledged receipt of my correspondence and contacted BeBe. They did not respond. After still not receiving no refund, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. The cc company contacted BeBe, which BeBe did not respond right away. Their response was that I did not cancel the order and I received the items. The submitted proof of delivery to me. This was not the issue. I submitted proof of me sending the items back and proof of delivery with a signature. They never responded to the cc company. On April 11th, I received notification that the conditional credit f $221 issued by the cc company on 2/16 is now permanent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEBE. They are not a consumer friendly company.
