False promoting and plenty of run round

My overview for becextech.co.nz Bought an iphone 14 Professional listed as being in “Pristine” situation. It took every week to obtain after which straight from the field it was clear to see vital scratches and gouges on the display, worse than my telephone of 5 years that I haven’t even had a display protector on. I instantly contacted Becextech and suggested them of the difficulty, supplied pictures and requested for a return label. They needed their warehouse employees to overview the pictures first (as if their overview might by some means change the standard of the product) and it was solely at my insistence that they supply a return label that I used to be in a position to ship it again. After three and a half weeks of forwards and backwards chasing correspondence I lastly obtained a refund. Wouldn't buy from them ever once more.
