My review for bedsland.co.uk My daughter wanted a new bed for her birthday. Ordered well in advance but once order placed, I did not receive a confirmation. It took a week of trying to call (their mailbox is always full) and several online chases, the penultimate one being that I was raising a dispute through my Credit card, before they miraculously got in touch. I gave them the benefit of doubt and awaited delivery. I had a 4 hour window confirmed and was assured the driver would call an hour before. The driver did not call until he was 10 mins away. The bed that was delivered was the wrong bed, the headboard did not match the base and I had to argue with the driver for 10 mins before he called the warehouse. Pics taken and the warehouse assured me the correct headboard would be delivered the following Tuesday. Tuesday came with no further confirmation on the delivery window. Eventually got through only to be gaslighted, "I don't know who told you that, we don't have a delivery for today". I agreed to a Friday delivery, the day of my daughter's birthday and waited. If you've read this far, I'm sure you're seeing a pattern. Of course there was no delivery on Friday. When I called this time (and almost positive I spoke to the same person) I was once again gaslighted, "oh no, your order wasn't down for delivery on Friday" So here we go for round 3. "We will deliver on Sunday and I promise to call you on Sat to confirm the delivery window". Dear reader, I'm sure you know what happened next. Now I've covered customer service, I'll tell you about the half bed. I could have done a better job. The draws are pathetic, not easy to open, not well made and I suspect will not be used. The finish is terrible, as another reviewer shared, staples sticking out everywhere. I should have bought an old bed and some fabric. I would have done a better job with a staple gun. Dear reader, you have the facts of 3 recent purchases. All with horrifying feedback. Don't be a fool like me, save your money and run a mile from this awful company.
