This lack of fulfillment was further exacerbated by the company's unresponsiveness to my numerous attempts to seek clarification or obtain a refund. Even more disheartening was the realization that my experience was not an isolated case, as I discovered similar complaints from other customers on BeeFriendly's Facebook page. The absence of any meaningful engagement from the company in addressing these concerns only added to my frustration and disappointment. Thankfully, I had chosen to pay for my order through PayPal, which eventually facilitated a reimbursement after their own attempts to reach BeeFriendly went unanswered.
