BELSTAFF USA sent an expensive t-shirt in completely the wrong size. Chat line representative apologetic but unable to assist because of "procedures". The parcel has to be returned for a refund and the correct size reordered. What a faff !! Requested a call from their CEO , but his/her contact details were not, apparently, to hand. C
