My evaluate for bemon.fr J’ai reçu un sac Lancastar défectueux. En effet il y avait une griffe lors de la réception. Dès que j’ai reçu le sac j’ai envoyé un mail au vendeur et je n’ai jamais eu de retour. J’ai fait un litige paypal et un mois après le vendeur suggest de faire le retour du produit à ma cost. La garantie légale de conformité indique que les frais de retour sont à la cost du vendeur dans le cadre d’un article défectueux/ endommagé lors de la livraison. C’est honteux. D’autant plus que vu la griffe le vendeur aurait simplement pu proposer un geste business en guise de dédommagement. Je suis déçue de cette enseigne qui n’applique pas la garantie légale de conformité, qui n’applique donc pas la loi et qui n’apporte aucune réponse à ses purchasers. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
