My review for bestbuyeyeglasses.com Ordered 2 frames. Called to ask if frames were in stock and ready to ship. I was told they were. Five days later I get an email saying both frames had been discontinued. Why was it on your site then Dont waste your time.

I would leave zero stars if possible

My review for bestbuyeyeglasses.com I would leave zero stars if possible. Buyer beware this company will take your money and you will never get your glasses. I was told processing would be 3 to 8 days with a prescription. My credit card was charged after the first day I placed the order and I was assured that this only happens when the glasses leave the warehouse to go to the lab. 14 days later no glasses or updates. Spoke to a customer service agent for the third time this time a supervisor. Was told that the frames had been shipped and were being worked on. Days later I called back and this time was told my frames had never been in stock and I would need to place a new order. But no one bothered to let me know this and I was also lied to and my credit card was charged for frames that did not exist. And they had no plans on letting me know this they were happy to keep my money and never let me know that my glasses were in fact not even available. Three different representatives including a supervisor had told me that they were shipped and were being processed. Just please be careful and stay far away from this company. Especially if you need glasses any time this decade.

My review for bestbuyeyeglasses.com I was hesitant at first when I ordered my glasses and then read the reviews. Usually I do the opposite. My experience with this company was great. My debit card was changed through the whole process so I contacted them and they handled it without missing a beat. I ordered my frames march the 3rd and got them on march the 18th not bad considering these frames were on back order. I think if my card wasnt changed in the middle of it I would of received earlier. My review for bestbuyeyeglasses.com I contacted bestbuyeyeglasses via chat to inquire about what brand presciption lens that they use e.g. Essilor Zeiss Hoya etc.. They responded by saying that they cant share that information. After extensive research this is the only eyeglass retailer brick amp mortar or online store that refuses to provide such important information. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend you do your research and not buy from them. If Im going to pay over 100 for prescription lenses this information matters for those who care at all about quality or what theyre paying for. Bestbuyeyeglasses doesnt seem to care about that and have lost a potential customer.

I should have known better8230..

My review for bestbuyeyeglasses.com I ordered a pair of eyeglass frames that were shown as in stock on a Monday. The next day the order went to fulfillment a process that according to the site will take 13 days before being sent out and my credit card was charged the full amount. On Friday of that week I was notified that the glasses were back ordered and were now scheduled to be delivered 3 weeks later. Of course the site still shows the frames as in stock how else would they lure other unsuspecting people. When I called to see why the frames were back ordered despite being showed as in stock I was notified that the supplier only stocks one pair of frames in each color and when those sell they have to order a new pair from the manufacturer. This obviously didnt answer the question but I didnt expect a straightforward answer so I did get what I expected here. The reputable online companies that I do business with a show out of stock items as such b dont charge the credit card the full amount until they have shipped the products and c they ship the products in a timely manner consistent with what they say on their website.
