Review Description: Nope. Nope. Nope. Zero. Don't do it. It's like sending your money out into the universe, praying the books will show up at some point.. but Biggerbooks must secretly hope that you don't recall the order at all. How can you charge a card for an item not in stock for so long? Email inquiries for status weren't bothered for a response. Isn't it customary to only charge once an item has actually shipped? I have asked for a refund, let's see if I get it in full.

Review Description: This place is so bad it might aswell be considered a scam. Bought a text book they took my money then canceled the order. I was refunded some. They didn't tell me or notify me of the cancelation. So I tried ordering again and then the did the same thing except they didn't even refund me the full amount. Don't buy stuff from here it's not worth it at all.

Review Description: I placed an order to buy a book at 8/17/2022. However, the book didn't ship after 3 weeks. I asked them three times when they will ship the book. The answer is that the book is hard to get and will ship the book as soon as the book is available. The funny thing is that I saw the same listed on their web site with a ON Stock status. Today, I contact with their help desk again, and they just cancelled my order. So don't trust whatever this web site listed.
