I was at my wits' end when I stumbled upon bildconnect.de. After months of dissatisfaction with poor network coverage and unexplained charges, I decided it was time for a change. I had initially attempted to cancel my contract on July 22, 2023, but unfortunately, I still found unauthorized charges debited from my account several months later. Despite my repeated attempts to seek understanding and a resolution, I was met with inflexibility and a lack of compassion. It wasn't until recently, after the transition to a different provider, that I finally experienced a significant improvement. The network coverage is now reliable, and I no longer encounter the frustrating connectivity issues that plagued my previous experience. The Telefonica network, which bildconnect operates on, proved to be subpar and consistently overcrowded. Looking back, I can't help but feel disheartened by the persistent charges for a service I no longer used, especially given the absence of network reliability. In hindsight, the pricing and offerings of bildconnect were commendable, but the glaring issue with network performance and the frustration of continued charges for an inactive service overshadowed these positives. While I did inquire about leniency and understanding through email, the lack of flexibility compelled me to reconsider my initial review. I am relieved to have made the switch and am profoundly grateful for the improved service with my new provider. I recently encountered a prolonged contract extension concern with Bildconnect.de that left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. Despite having initially terminated my contract on 22nd July 2023, I was requested to confirm the cancellation via telephone and also transfer my phone number. While there remains uncertainty about whether I forgot to reconfirm the cancellation amidst the passage of months, I vividly recall completing all necessary steps with utmost diligence. Typically, I mark tasks off my list only upon their successful completion. However, to my dismay, Bildconnect continued debiting funds from my account post-cancellation. Regrettably, I only noticed this discrepancy today. Despite my efforts to appeal for leniency over the phone, I was met with inflexible responses reiterating the impossibility of refunding the deducted amounts. Subsequently, on 5th October, I promptly initiated a re-cancellation shortly after receiving the latest invoice, albeit being required to continue payments until 5th November. In pursuit of a fair resolution, I have inquired about possible concessions via email, although my expectations remain tempered, given prior experiences. The transition to a different service provider has proven markedly satisfying, with a noticeable absence of connectivity issues. In contrast, Bildconnect's reliance on the Telefonica network proved to be subpar, characterized by spotty reception and frequent internet disruptions. The prevailing scenario underscores the alarming congestion and inadequacies within the network. Despite the previously acceptable price-to-performance ratio, the glaring issue of persistent billing for an inactive service amplifies my frustration exponentially. The Telefonica network, notorious for its overcrowding and subpar signal, was a distant memory.
