I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible help I received from blablacar.fr when I lost my passports on a bus from Luxembourg to Strasbourg in August 2023. After realizing I left my jacket and passports on the bus, I immediately contacted their customer service. While it was a bit difficult to find the English customer service number, I was able to inform them of my situation. Although the communication was a bit challenging and I struggled to get clear information about my lost items, I was relieved to finally learn that my jacket and passports had been found. I have to give a special mention to the driver of the bus and the old lady who helped me with the address where I could retrieve my belongings. It was a bit inconvenient to travel to Obernoi to collect them, but I was just thankful to have them back. However, it's clear that there are areas for improvement. The customer service and communication definitely need to be enhanced, and it would be beneficial for blablacar.fr to have their own bus park area. Despite these challenges, I truly appreciate the efforts made to reunite me with my lost possessions. In the end, I'm still giving blablacar.fr 4 stars because of the exceptional help I received from the driver and the kind lady who assisted me. My assessment for blablacar.fr Horrible service. I booked a bus from Grenoble station to Lyon perache, the bus didn’t come at 9:00, and within the monitor it confirmed that the bus was 9:30. I believed it was a delay and waited till 9:30 to board, however the driver denied me boarding saying that my bus was at 9:00. Then we needed to ebook a practice. We misplaced money and time. I complained on their web site and requested for a refund they mentioned it would take 5 weeks and it may not even be the total value I paid. K
