I cannot thank bladen.nl enough for the incredible service they provided me. When I initially purchased a trial subscription for 3 issues worth 16 euros, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, after a month went by without any communication, I decided to reach out. To my delight, the magazine was finally sent to me. However, there was a small hiccup as I only received 2 issues instead of the promised 3. I reached out to their customer service, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not only did they apologize for the confusion, but they also offered me an extra issue to make up for the inconvenience. The level of care and attention I received from bladen.nl truly exceeded my expectations. I'm so grateful for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the initial confusion, I can confidently say that bladen.nl is a company that values its customers and is willing to make things right. I had high hopes when I bought a gift subscription through bladen.nl on 06-10, but what followed was nothing short of a letdown. After not receiving the magazine by 24-11, I reached out to bladen.nl only to be redirected to aboland.nl. Speaking with Raya at 025 125 79 24, I was asked to email them my payment proof instead of them contacting bladen.nl directly. Upon doing so, I received a response on 27-11 stating that my details were simply not on record. Expressing my dissatisfaction on 29-11, I received no resolution. Even on 7-12, an email from aboland (Oscar) redirected me back to bladen.nl, claiming the fault lay there. The blame-shifting and lack of responsibility from both bladen.nl and aboland left me feeling like a ping-pong ball, shuttled between the two without a solution in sight. It's unbelievable that my money is with them, yet the promised service remains undelivered. This experience has truly been disheartening and frustrating.
