S.-based customer service and domestically sourced products, Blair has now shifted to outsourcing customer support and compromising on product quality. My recent experience with sizing inconsistency and poor shirt quality has left me utterly disappointed. The medium shirts I received were so ill-fitting that I had to give them away, resembling small sizes instead. The once plush fleece and velour shirts are now disappointingly thin and almost see-through, a far cry from their former luxurious thickness. It's disheartening to witness the degradation of a company that once represented integrity and excellence. I sincerely hope that Blair/New Process will reorient its values to prioritize American quality and customer satisfaction once again.
