Review Description: I did NOT receive a pair of jeans that I ordered. I paid for 2nd day shipping and they do not give you return shipping labels - what a joke in 2019, what other company is doing this? Almost none.
So I'm out $100 for the jeans, $20 for shipping, when I did not even receive my whole order AND I'll have to pay at least $20 to ship back this ultra-heavy jacket which looks like it's been worn for a year then shipped to me. RIP-OFF!!!!

Review Description: I paid the extra cost to have a jacket shipped two day delivery. It is now 5 days after the order date and I found out it isn't going to arrive until 4 more days from today. I called customer service and the rep was not very helpful or apologetic about this-after some discussion she refunded $10.00 of the $25.00. Really??? I needed the jacket this week for an event and now won't have it until next week, if then.
They need some work on their customer service.
