Review Description: I ordered a gift for my husband for Christmas. Tracking showed it was delivered. I looked all over and did not locate a package. I contacted Bloomingdale’s about this issue and they refused to send a replacement item or issue a refund. I contacted my bank. They opened a claim and stated Bloomingdale’s should not be refusing to send a replacement item or issue a refund.Think twice on ordering from this company. Seems they’re scamming left and right.

Review Description: Order Chloe bag and other brand bags. It was missing one Chloe bag in package which is cost $2k. One of customer service request replacement /refund and got denied. I called and they sent request again. I got an email asking I want refund or replacement. I told them refund because It's been 2 weeks and I already got new one in store. Next day, got an email said DENIED again. WHY ASK? Wasted of time and money.

Review Description: What is going on with shops? Ordered a dress which was delivered 3 weeks after order instead of 5 days. Dress damaged. Contacted bloomingdales who will refund less post and packing. Customer service agents don't read emails properly as asked them why I need to pay for return.....same reply..."as a valued customer.....rest assured you will be refunded less £50....not our fault the dress was not checked before we sent it...". Review Description: Similar to the previous review, I made an online order which the UPS said was delivered to the doorman. However, my apartment doorman abd I looked through all the packages, nothing was for me. Now, Bloomingdale's does not want to reship the item or refund. I am going to claim a dispute to my credit card. I am not paying for nothing. Also, 2 of the 3 items that I ordered were out of stock. They gave me a 20% off promotion code which does not even apply for the items I want.

Review Description: I ordered an actual leather reclining couch and a desk. After almost six months, the sofa was still not in the US, and the desk wasn't ordered as it should have been with the couch. I had to wait another few months for the desk, which was damaged when it finally arrived. As for the couch, we never got it. Who wants to buy expensive furniture that takes months to get and when arrives is damaged or you don't get it at all?

Review Description: Ordered fragrance from Bloomingdales online. Showed the free gift I would receive due to primary purchase. Right after I paid online, I received an email saying the free gift is not in stock. Why would you show the gift on my order, say it is available and then renege the moment I pay? Placed order, they held funds twice to verify my order then after almost two days of no update I reach out to Customer Service to find there was an online "technical issue", my order was cancelled and that my hundreds of dollars would be held for up for up to 5 business days and it's Thursday so for almost a week ill have a charge for absolutely nothing in return. Review Description: Westfield mall this morning, I bought an expensive voluspa giant candle for a present.First there was no stock , the salesman was kind of lost. I changed fragrance and the second one had all the 6 wicks missing. Then again I changed fragrance. I paid and they have no gift wrapping service, just the ugly cheap brown paper bag unless you spend another 20 dollar for a basic wrapping.The attitude was bad and clearly no one cares about customer service.I just returned it and voided the transaction
