Review Description: I have been having screening with Bluecrest for a number of years. I have been impressed with the standard of employees. They are always courteous and helpful. The screening has been useful to me in monitoring my health and guiding me in lifestyle adjustments. I was disappointed this year to learn l am restricted to certain tests due to age. I understand this is government controlled but smacks of ageism to me and is very short sighted.

Review Description: The medical is sold as a full medical yet there is no examination 85% is a series of blood tests not a physical examination. The set up is professional, however there is a degree of upselling which is extremely uncomfortable in a medical environment and doubled the cost. Which were for tests I was pleased to receive the results of, and the results are prepared and sent in a very transparent and easy to understand portfolio. Would consider again but perhaps look at other options too.

Review Description: Having realised I need to look after myself better in 2022 due to high blood pressure, I decided to take advantage of a Wellness test via the partnership with Vitality. The experience was very well co-ordinated and organised. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The turnaround time for the report was fair and it was very detailed and easy to understand. I will keep Bluecrest on my radar for further reviews in the future. highly recommended.

Review Description: I noticed that when I got the report checked out by my GP that the heart rhythm ECG trace on page 19 of 28 had half of the graph missing from V1-V6 and that was also missing in my previous report which was done on 11/4/2017 ref B1312405. Looking forward to an explanation on the above as to why that was the case.

Review Description: The actual test and provision of results was quick and professional. However, I have my results online and have now tried twice in the last 36 hours to obtain a GP consultation. On both occasions, I was told that the system was down. Yesterday, I was promised that a GP would call me. Nothing has happened. I called again today and was told that there was no way of recording my request and I would need to call back again!

Review Description: Generally good communication beforehand about the event although some confusion about both husband and wife attending and mixing up email details. The event itself was very well organised, excellent facilities and knowledgeable and helpful clinical team. Well facilitated and helpfully arranged for us to attend together. Comments reflect both mine and my wife's views, rather than sending separate replies.
