Review Description: We have been using BlueHost for many years, three businesses, three accounts. We have just experienced an email set up problem and have been trying for two days to get either a customer service chat or a phone rep to help us! this has never happened before. We were so pleased with them in the past, we purchase years of hosting in advance. now this. Something changed at bluehost...it's the worst most derelict company I have ever experienced. Review Description: I have been having issues with syncing my e-mail to my iPhone. It worked for years. Then stopped. They told me they have never supported this and they only offer basic webmail. When I asked them why it shows you how to set up up in C-pannal and on there website the guy hung up on me. After waiting over an hour to get a person on the phone. Service from this company sucks. Do not do business with them.

Review Description: It's very time consuming to cancel. The instructions on their site to cancel are not at all what you see on your screen so you have to call or chat, which is very slow. They will renew your account 2 weeks before it's due. I spent over an hour trying to cancel via chat, which was successful. I asked for confirmation that no more charges would be billed and they said yes. The next day, another set of charges was billed so had to spend another hour on chat. The reps seem to want to help but no a lot of common sense on their part.

Review Description: In terms of control panel ran into issues with trying to use git repo. My account then seem to not log me in. Contact support and it is on average 8 minutes response for every question asked. I am asked to supply a token number that keeps coming back invalid because they take so long to get back to me. so 39 minutes in and we are authenticated.Now waiting again to deal with the git issue :-(Will not renew!
