My order arrived without an invoice, and to add to the frustration, the size 39 shoe that I ordered turned out to be a size 38 despite being labeled otherwise. Navigating the returns process was another challenge. Regrettably, the returns form was in Italian, posing a language barrier for me. As a result, I found myself unable to fill it out, further complicating the already disheartening situation. If the ordeal of returning the incorrect item wasn't enough, I was disheartened to learn that I would also be responsible for covering the postage costs. I genuinely hope that improvements are made to avoid similar experiences for future customers. As for my own experience, I can't help but feel let down by the whole ordeal. Sincerely,
