Review Description: Placed an order at the start of December (6th) for a Christmas gift, which has still not arrived. I’ve been emailing customer service since the 23rd of December, all I have received is my postage refunded.I was told if my package wasn’t delivered by the 10th of January I would get a replacement or a refund but on the 10th I was told I have to wait longer. Review Description: Following an incident I had with a hoodie I ordered, it was quickly handed to the escalations team, who dealt with it so wonderfully! Review Description: Ordered a shirt for my husband which was really small, returned it vie Evri at Tesco drop off.
