Review Description: I have been with boost for 15 years in the last two years I have not been able to see how much data I have as they say I don’t have a phone no with them but I can recharge and then they send me my partners info have tried to contact them but they have no idea and will not help so I’m off to the ombudsman for some help again good coverage but the service is a joke privacy laws should prevent me from getting my partners info on my phone ? Think about that boost wonder who has my information ?

Review Description: We are an older couple. Our pad stopped working and we needed help. I cannot overstate the quality , and the patience of the assistance we received from the boost Australian based help desk. It turned out our sim had expired. We got another and resigned as I don’t believe we would have received the same level of assistance from any other provider. Absolutely first class.

Review Description: Really poor company. Terrible customer service that offers no solutions. Similar to other users here I tried for nearly a week, spending hours on the phone, to port phone over. Gave up in the end and went for another more reliable company. Same price, ported same day without issue. No refunds offered. Absolute waste of $30

Review Description: After 2 weeks, my phone has still not been ported over to Boost and I'm being told the same lie every time I contact the customer support. I am wasting an hour every day to talk to them trying to resolve, but they're not willing to do anything to speed things up. I still cannot use my SIM card, I had to extend my current phone plan in order to not lose my phone number.I am now unable to make any phone calls. Worst experience ever, I would not recommend them.
