I tried everything, even getting colleagues to try and order for me but they are also getting the same.Called Boots, and they said to reduce the quantity in my basket, still didn't work. Nothing was refunded, so I emailed customer care and told it "will be released by your bank into your available balance within 1-8 working days". It is now January 13, and no refund.
