However, days passed, and the status online merely read, "Shipping information for your order will be available soon." Despite the promised delivery time of 2-3 working days via UPS, the reality differed significantly. Attempting to seek clarity and reassurance, I reached out to customer service, only to find myself entangled in a waiting loop for up to 30 minutes, often surpassing the indicated 1-minute wait time. Regrettably, even the representatives seemed unable to provide insights into the delay, leaving me disheartened by the lackluster customer service experience. Ungenügender Dienst am Kunden

My overview for bosch-smarthome.com Ich habe through Amazon am 16.02.2023 eine Bosch Sensible Residence WLAN Überwachungskamera (360° drehbar, für den Innenbereich, über App / Useful steuerbar - kompatibel mit Alexa) für 149,- Euro gekauft. Wegen der überwiegend guten Bewertungen und der beschriebenen einfachen Einrichtung hatte ich mich für dieses Gerät entschieden. Leider konnte ich es nicht in Betrieb nehmen. Es wurde nicht die erforderliche Verbindung zum Bosch Server aufgebaut. Die Inbetriebnahme blieb auch nach dem App-Installationsversuch mit drei verschiedenen Handys erfolglos. Nach mehreren Versuchen mit jeweils sehr langen Verweilzeiten in der Warteschlange des Telefon Helps gelang es mir dort eine freundliche und kompetente Dame ans Telefon zu bekommen. Wir haben etwa 40 Minuten wiederum erfolglos probiert, das Gerät zum Laufen zu bringen. Die Service Mitarbeiterin empfahl mir letztendlich das Gerät umzutauschen, da sie einen Defekt in diesem vermutete. Nachdem das Ersatzgerät eingetroffen struggle, habe ich wiederum gleich probiert es in Betrieb zu nehmen. Leider ergab sich auch dieses mal wieder der gleiche Fehler, so wie beim ersten Gerät. Ich habe daraufhin erneut telefonisch versucht den Bosch Help zu erreichen. Trotz mehrerer Versuche an jeweils drei Werktagen hing ich jedes Mal länger als 15 Minuten in der Warteschleife, ohne dass ich mit einer Ansprechperson verbunden wurde. Ich entschied mich darauf hin am 07.06.2023 den Fehler detailliert through E-Mail an service(ät)bosch-smarthome_de zu melden. Es wurde mir daraufhin von Bosch eine Auto-Mail mit einer Ticket Nummer (T1264310) zugesandt. Man bat darin um Verständnis, dass es wegen der hohen Anzahl der Kundenanfragen etwas dauern könne. Da bis zum 22.06.2023 noch keine Rückmeldung bezüglich meines Issues erfolge, schrieb ich wiederum eine Mail an oben genannte Bosch Serviceadresse und bat um Unterstützung. Bis dato (30.06.2023) habe ich abermals keine Rückmeldung von Bosch erhalten. Der Rückgabezeitraum für die nicht funktionierende Kamera ist zwischenzeitlich natürlich abgelaufen. Das Gerät muss ich wohl entsorgen. Ich kann den Help der Fa. Bosch daher nicht empfehlen und werde künftig bei ähnlichen Gegenständen auf fernöstliche Produkte ausweichen. Dort kann die Unterstützung im Servicefall nur besser sein.
