Brandani.it – A Disappointing Experience with Missing Items

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Brandani.it that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I made a purchase of 9 cup sets at an attractive price through Privalia, where Brandani was running a promotional offer. Excited about the deal, I quickly ordered 3 sets along with another product, a coffee maker, to qualify for the promotion. However, when the products arrived after approximately 20 days, instead of receiving 27 cups as expected, I only received 3. I immediately contacted Privalia, the platform through which I made the purchase, hoping for a resolution. While they agreed to refund the entire amount for the cups, they declined to reimburse the shipping costs, despite the fact that I would not have made the additional purchase if it weren't for the cup promotion. Feeling dissatisfied with Privalia's response, I reached out to Brandani directly, explaining the situation and requesting the remaining 24 cups. Unfortunately, their response was unhelpful, directing me back to Privalia. This experience left me feeling let down, as I believe that a company like Brandani should take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction, regardless of the purchasing platform. I hope Brandani reconsiders their customer support approach to maintain their good reputation in the future.
