Unsatisfied with Branders.com

When I think about my experience with Branders.com, the word that comes to mind is "disappointing." The process of ordering webcams for my company turned out to be a nightmare rather than a convenience. Initially promised a 10-day delivery, I ended up waiting for more than 4 months and only received the products after incessant follow-ups. To add insult to injury, the webcams arrived without proper packaging, despite our prior agreement and payment for the service. My interactions with the company highlighted the lack of professionalism and organization. It felt as though I was dealing with a one-man show, led by an individual named Humam who seemed to handle all aspects of the business. The unfulfilled promises and poor communication left me frustrated and without the necessary products for an important company event. The repeated need to return the shipment, along with the threat of involving the authorities, only served to worsen an already unpleasant situation. My overall experience with Branders.com was undoubtedly the worst I have ever encountered. Would I recommend Branders.com to others? Absolutely not. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This was a prime example of a company that failed to deliver on its promises, leaving a trail of dissatisfaction in its wake.

Buyer Beware!

I cannot express enough the level of frustration and disappointment we experienced with branders.com. We had placed an order for 550 hats for our volunteers, only to face a delay of 3.5 months in delivery. To our dismay, when the order finally arrived, it consisted of only 400 hats, and the artwork did not match what we had initially approved. What followed was even more disheartening. We were informed that the remaining 150 hats could not be reprinted or delivered due to unavailability in their stock. To add insult to injury, the refund we received was a mere $1 per hat for the undelivered ones and only 40% for the 400 hats that were not up to our standards. A significant portion of the delivered hats were unusable, bearing under/overprinting and illegible lettering. Prior to this unfortunate experience, we had been repeat customers of branders.com. Regrettably, after this incident, we have made the difficult decision to sever our ties with them. To anyone considering doing business with branders.com, I urge you to proceed with caution and be aware of the potential challenges you may encounter. This has been a costly lesson for us, and we hope that sharing our experience will prevent others from facing similar hardships. When I reached out to them, they offered to keep the order with a discount and expedited shipping, promising arrival by December 6th. The so-called discount turned out to be a mere $4 on a $300 order, which felt like a slap in the face. Fast forward to December 31st, and my order still hadn't arrived. At that point, I decided to cancel the entire order and requested a full refund. The whole ordeal has left me deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service and their inability to take ownership of the problem. It's disheartening to see a company neglect its customers in such a manner, especially considering the trust and loyalty I had placed in them.

They’re terrible

My evaluate for branders.com They're terrible. Purchased in early Nov, I needed to contact them as a result of I observed that they had by no means despatched an art work approval. At this level I had missed my occasion, so I provided to maintain the order with a reduction and expedited delivery. They promised a reduction and arrival Dec 6. The low cost was $4 on a $300 order. It is now 12/31 and I've lastly requested them to simply cancel the entire thing and refund all my cash...it is nonetheless NOT HERE!! Horrible customer support, horrible possession of problem- saved blooming their "producer"
