Excellent Sound Quality and Solid Build

Perplexed, I decided to power them off and put them on charge when I got back home, hoping that a recharge would do the trick. To my dismay, when I attempted to power them back on, they failed to respond. I've given it a few days, but unfortunately, there has been no improvement in their functionality. While I haven't yet contacted customer support, I plan to do so soon to address this issue.
