Beautiful Clematis, Disappointing Experience

Upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find an extremely small plant for which I had paid $29.00. Despite my best efforts, the plant sadly perished after only three months. Determined to address my dissatisfaction, I reached out to the company via email, as there was no customer service number to call. Regrettably, my complaint was met with an unsatisfactory response. I was dismayed by the lack of professionalism and empathy in their communication. Instead of offering a replacement, I was met with a dismissive explanation attributing the plant's failure to the cold spring—a far cry from the quality customer service I expected. It pains me to say that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend brushwoodnursery.com to fellow gardening enthusiasts. The experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. While the clematis may have been beautiful, the overall experience has left me with a bitter aftertaste.

When I first ordered from them in spring 2019, I was thrilled to find my Clematis and Lonicera blooming beautifully in no time. Even more impressive was the Amethyst Falls Wisteria, which bloomed this spring despite having been uprooted and relocated. Inspired by my initial success, I recently placed another order for two Lonicera, a Campsis Grandiflora, two Clematis, and a Blue Moon Wisteria.
