Eager to address the issue, I reached out to Bulgari only to be informed that they were unable to assist me directly. Instead, I was directed to seek resolution through the Bulgari cruiseshop boutique. This unexpected turn of events left me feeling marginalized, as if my status as a customer was diminished simply because I made the purchase at a cruise ship boutique. To compound matters, I had also purchased a bracelet during the same visit, only to realize that the size was not quite right. When I sought assistance from Bulgari regarding a possible exchange for the correct size, I was met with the same disappointing response. It was disheartening to learn that the level of customer care I had come to expect from Bulgari was not extended to purchases made at their cruiseship boutique. Despite the exceptional quality of their products, this experience has made me reevaluate my confidence in Bulgari's commitment to customer satisfaction.
