If there was a zero-they would get it

My review for burstoralcare.com If there was a zero-they would get it. My toothbrush broke at least 6 months ago-tried to talk to someone because I only had the brush a short time-couldn’t speak to a person? Got several troubleshooting tips on their chat-nothing worked-decided it wasn’t worth the aggravation cancelled the subscription and went and got an Oral B which I actually like better-that was 6 months ago and never got another brush head-nothing. Then out if the blue after the first of the year-I get a charge at my bank and email saying a brush head is on it’s way? Again trying to call was a no go and have been emailing with “Jack” and getting the total run around. I am done with them-I notified the BBB - filed a complaint and see I am not the only one with oral burst unsolved problems -absolutely would not recommend them!
