My review for byjus.com BYJUS IS A SCAM OUR COUNSELOR SHUBHAM SAHU AND LALIT ARE LITERAALY FRAUD THEY HAVE PROMISED US BEST TEACHERS WILL TEACH US BUT WHEN A CALL CAME FROM BYJUS THE PERSON WHO WAS ON THE CALL SAID DIFFERENT TEACHERS WILL TEACH US. THEY ALSO PROMISED IF YOU CANCEL WILL BE DONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OUR MONEY WILL BE RETURNED AND WE HAVE CANCELLED BEFORE OUR CANCELLING PERIOD AND NOW THEY ARE NOT GIVING MONEY BACK. THIS OPENLY MEANS 'THEY ARE FRAUD AND THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES ABOUT TEACHRS AND ABOUT CANCELLATION. JUST THE WORLD'S BIGEST SCAMMERS "BYJUS" THE FRAUD COMPANY.

We started receiving numerous automated calls and SMS reminders for due EMI payments, even after we had cancelled. This not only caused an unnecessary inconvenience but also led to a deduction from our bank, affecting our CIBIL score. The customer service experience only added to our frustration. The helpline executive we spoke to was unhelpful, and the staff member who had initially set us up with the subscription, Mr. Ramesh D M, was suddenly unreachable. Despite these initial setbacks, I am grateful to say that the team at Byju's stepped in and addressed our concerns. Thankfully, we've also been reimbursed accordingly.
