Review Description: I ordered a MEDIUM Agility Long Sleeve T-Shirt, and I received a size SMALL, which does not come close to fitting me. In my effort to return the shirt, I have been on a phone hold for over 1 1/2 hours without anyone taking my call. I have sent two emails to the Customer Support address given; NO REPLY. Review Description: I can't believe this company and it's ridiculous unprofessional way of treating your orders. So LAME, I had no xmass cards this year, because this company took weeks to produce, then on top of it after not sending it when sent it was to a wrong address where it ended up missing. The tracking number isn't even legit as the numbers match up to no such service. They refunded me but I would of never used them if I would of know of this. Never again, going back to zazzle at least they send your items and aren't a bunch of scammers.

Review Description: I bought a mug from this company. It stated it would be here by the 15th December (tomorrow). I have tried tracking this item but it keeps saying it’s at facility. When I emailed the company asking them would this package be here by the 15th as stated on their website when I purchased this and on my confirmation email, they now say it “should” be with me by the 27th! Great, 2 days after Xmas! Their customer service is useless. Really don’t buy from these guys. Goodness knows when you will get your items. Not happy at all!

Review Description: Placed an order for 3 items in late October or early November. The items were post cards and greeting cards, that would all fit easily in one mailing envelope. 1st item one came. About 21/2 weeks later the 2nd one came. Still waiting 12/13/2022.Called and they placed a new order for the 3rd item, and based on their history it was no charge.I'll go back to Vista Print.Bob P.
