CAMP CHEF $300 cast iron griddle was purchased…

I was thrilled when my wife surprised me with the CAMP CHEF $300 cast iron griddle from campchef.com last November. I couldn't wait to take it on our camping trips and put it to the test on our trusty campfire. We used it on two amazing trips in the summer of 2022, cooking up delicious meals under the open sky. Everything seemed perfect until the first trip of the summer of 2023 when I noticed a crack on the griddle while using it on their own stove. I was devastated. I reached out to the company, hoping they would honor the warranty, but to my disappointment, they didn't stand behind their product. I felt let down and frustrated.
