This is an update of my last Canon review. I escalated the problem about their customer service insisting that I pay 100$ for an updated driver to solve my wifi connection problem. I got a call back from upper management telling me that Canon Does Not Charge for updated driver’s and my problem should have been solved by the agent’s instructions. I was also told that Canon would escalate this matter re this agent internally. The next day I receive a call from a professional agent that took his time to resolve my problem quickly and efficiently without having to Pay for a new driver. At the end of the conversation he said he would be sending me a complimentary 3 pack cartridge for my bad experience with Canon as a token apology. I never received the “token” cartridge. That’s Canon for you. Insult to injury every time .
