Unberechtigte Mahnung

My review for canon.de Nach Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub fand ich in der Post eine Mahnung mit Zahlungsziel in 7 Tagen (5 waren schon um) mit Androhung der Einschaltung eines Rechtsanwalts. Ich hatte diese angemahnte Rechnung über ein Viertel Jahr zuvor fristgerecht beglichen. Canons Buchhaltung bemerkte erst nach drei Monaten, dass da etwas fehlt. Für den beauftragten Austausch des Schalters der Bildstabilisierung eines Fernglases wurden damals 220,50 € (!) fällig. Eine Fehlerdiagnose war nicht erforderlich und wurde nicht beauftragt. So richtig seriöse Firmen klären nach Ausfall einer Zahlung erst friedlich mit einer Zahlungerinnerung, was da in der eigenen Firma oder beim Kunden eventuell schief gegangen sein könnte. Bei Canon wird scharf geschossen.
