Low quality & cheap products

Hello there! I am from India so not sure if Canvaschamp is providing better products elsewhere! I have placed order twice with Canvas champ and both the times product delivered was damaged! First time, the photo print of the product is folded at the corners and later within one week, the cheap glue used to mount the photo on board started appearing and since my wall hanging is white, everything started showing in the photo as greenish dirty patches. Thank of frame & photo provided at the cost is no match. However, when I reported the same, I was assured of reprint! So far I have not received it. 2nd product was a larger frame order almost in the same week or little later after the order of first frame, product was delivered and this time photo appeared ok but frame was badly Samved in one corner and because of which entire photo print was moving within the frame. To my surprise, they fixed the wall hanging hooks to the opposite end of the frame! I wonder what they were consuming while working on my order. When I reported the issue with photographic proof to their customer support, first they offered a reprint and later started giving excuses like send more photos, photos of ‘actual’ product, click photo in broad daylight light etc. Anyways, I have burnt my fingers and I will never ever order any prints from CanvasChamp. They have a bad quality product for the money they charge and their backend team (workshop & customer support) are pathetic. Since in India it’s easy for any company to get away with law, they have chosen to supply substandard products! I wanted to share the photos of damaged product to add authenticity to my experience but I am not sure if I can do that on this site!
