When I called about a problem I was having with an order, after previously talking to 2 other “customer service” reps to get it resolved, I was loaded for bear!…I tried to hide it because I know that customer service reps are often on the receiving end of mayhem that is not their fault, and being angry with them is unfair an counterproductive. Anyway back to Michelle/Cheryl. She pored oil on my vinegar! And not only solved the problem but kept in touch with me to keep me posted on the progress. She, literally, saved this company from me never doing business with them again. I hesitate to post this, only because if she is promoted (which she should be!) she won’t be in that capacity. J
