Not only was I asked to pay a significant additional amount for shipping, but the transparency of these costs left much to be desired. It simply did not add up and felt nothing short of a scam. Despite my initial payment for shipping, I found myself being pressured to fork out even more money just to receive the items I had already paid for. Exasperated by the entire ordeal, I sought alternatives and found what I needed on Amazon with free next day delivery, at a lower cost than the additional shipping fees demanded by carryhitch.com. It was a stark reminder of how customer experience and value should be at the heart of any business. It is with deep disappointment that I share this, as a paying customer who simply wanted to receive the product as intended. Prices don’t add up
My assessment for carryhitch.com third replace: I’ve been contacted by belief pilot for the third time asking me to ship even additional documentation as hitch are nonetheless making an attempt to delete my remark. DO NOT TRUST THESE 4 STARS. They're systematically going by means of and making an attempt to delete all adverse evaluations. Additional replace: as anticipated hitch tried to get my remark eliminated! UPDATE: I'm not questioning the transparency. I'm questioning the ridiculous amount of cash I used to be held ransom to pay for added transport prices. I despatched a big parcel to the US solely 2 days in the past and that price me £15 but I used to be requested to pay an addition $79 on prime of my $20 I had already paid for transport. The $20 for transport I had initially paid has been saved by hitch regardless that this wasn’t a contribution to backing the product. The amount of cash hitch has made on transport prices is the rip-off. This no less than needs to be refunded to backers as primarily it’s theft. Ordered 2 bottles again in 2020 and what a mistake that was. Paid the cash and I've nothing to indicate for it. It included transport and sure as a result of pandemic prices change however then I used to be requested to pay greater than my preliminary fee + unique transport simply to cowl the extra transport charges. In no modified world will this ever make sense. Rip-off. I’ve not paid the extra price and acquired nice bottles off Amazon free subsequent day supply (cupple) which was lower than the hitch extra transport prices and from hitch suggestions, they're higher anyway.
