Even now, 6.5 months later, there are over 30 unresolved issues and defects. Casa insists that everything has been rectified, but today we went through another round of identifying new issues and shortcomings. Throughout the construction period, we suffered various water damage incidents and constant elevator breakdowns, many of which were due to water seeping into the elevator's electronics.
