Review Description: Horrible company to work with! I started a case with PayPal since no one at caseable would ever get back to me. Finally, after weeks, I was able to return the case (at my own expense). They said my refund would be in my account in 3 days. PayPal case expired and caseable stopped all communication when that happened and I did not receive the refund. So not only did I return the case, which I paid over 14.00 in postage, I didn't get the refund either! So I paid for a case and a postage and have nothing! They are absolute crooks!

Review Description: It took 6 weeks to receive my glass cover for tablet, it was shattered upon arrival. It took more than a month for them to send out a replacement. It also arrived shattered! I'm not wasting anymore time with this rogue company. By the look of all these negative reviews, you can definitely do better elsewhere!

Review Description: I received a free case voucher with my QVC tablet order I did not order a customized case because I figured it would take too long so I just ordered a regular case. That was on the 15th of November I still have yet to receive the case and when I called to check on it they said the case was in New York I live in Florida granted the case was free but I wished I would have went to another site and just ordered one because I would already have it I don't understand why this company takes so long to get a case to its destination.

Review Description: Had a voucher from a QVC order, voucher worked without any issues. I placed the order. It has been OVER 25 days since the order was placed and still have not received my case. I did contact customer service. I was informed it will ship in 5 to 7 business days. :-(

Review Description: Love love love my casesbles as I have several. BUT my last order took over 4 weeks to arrive. I get everything is slow right now but one was wrong color. I have done what was requested by sending a picture and order number to get corrected twice and now 2 weeks later no contact from customer service who were prompt when questioning long delivery time. So seem to be stuck with a silver case over an olive kindle. Not very attractive!

Review Description: I never received my order after 2 months. DHL that had the items I ordered returned them back to them ("returned to shipper") because of issues with the address? or something... After that issue, I've send them like 3 emails about 1-2 every week (i was checking working days etc).. a normal company would reply fast, like they did with my first email before the product was returned to them. But after it got returned they never replied back to tell me what's going on. What a scam
