The only actions I took were removing the backplates, which is permissible by Sony but not by Cash Express, making them the ones breaking the law. They claimed to have provided me with the vertical slot cap, which I never received, and yet they insist I opened the console. This discrepancy also places them outside the law. I refuse to back down and will immediately reach out to their Quality Control department. I find it unacceptable to have a console I bought for €429 not functioning properly.
